ST PETER’S SHARED SPACE
The new plaza outside the gates of St Peter’s was formally opened on Monday8th May. The two bird sculptures represent the spires of the two churches of StPeter. There was a wonderful ballet display and an excellent children’s choirand the weather was glorious.

We have all heard of the delight of a dog discovering that he has two tails; equally pleased was the Rector, with one chalice. At a very short hearing in Ardee Courthouse, the judge ruled that the recovered Collon Chalice be returned to the care of the church.
The final confirmation class took place on Tuesday, 9th May and our youngpeople will be confirmed by the Archbishop, at 11 am, on Sunday 14th May, inSt Nicholas’ Church, Dundalk.
