This Friday 4 Feb at 7:30PM, Hungarian pianist Dénes Várjon makes his first visit to Drogheda for a programmeofBach, Mozart and Chopin. Renowned for his sensational technique and deep musicality, he is in demand across the world as soloist and chamber musician, with regular musical partners inlcuding Steven Isserlis, Tabea Zimmermann, and Joshua Bell.
While restrictions have been eased, we will continue to keep capacity reduced to allow audiences ease back to live music in comfort. Covid certificates are no longer required but masks must be worn inside the church. The programme has been reduced to one hour of music to avoid an interval.
This is a beautiful programme of popular works and a wonderful opportunity to welcome back international guests to Drogheda.
